Have You Found a Like-for-Like Product Cheaper Elsewhere?
If you've found a like-for-like product at a lower price from another retailer, we will do our utmost to match that price.
Our Price Match Terms and Conditions
- Identical Products: The item must be identical in every way – including brand, model, colour and size – to qualify for a price match.
- Competitor's Pricing: The lower price must be from a reputable retailer with a physical or online store, excluding auction sites such as eBay or marketplaces like Amazon.
- Delivery Costs: Price matches will be based on the total cost, including any additional charges such as delivery fees. The competitor’s price must reflect the final cost to the customer.
- Exclusions: We do not price match against clearance sales, liquidations, or items sold by trade wholesalers.
- Fair Pricing: While we strive to meet your needs, we reserve the right to decline a price match that would result in financial loss or unacceptable profit margins.
- Quantity Limits: We may limit the quantity of items eligible for a price match per customer.
- Before Purchase: Please submit your price match request before making your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer price matches for items already purchased.

If you’ve found a product that qualifies for a price match, simply contact our Customer Services team with a link to the competitor’s product. Our team will review your request and get back to you with an offer as soon as we can.
